5. How can AmRent process applicants so quickly?

AmRent's unique processing system utilizes various automated methods including the Internet to expedite the process of delivering reports or decisions to your office.  If you do not have Internet access, reports can be delivered via dial up modem or fax within seconds.  This is a very unique feature of AmRent that other screening companies do not offer.  AmRent's ability to deliver either a full disclosure or a decision recommendation within seconds allows properties to make "point of sale" approvals before the prospective resident leaves the office.

6. Why should I trust the results of an AmRent screening?

The reputation of AmRent is built on the integrity of its data.  Our data collection efforts are superior to most companies because we bring 50 + years of experience to the table.  Not only does the data play an integral role, but the matching logic and formatting of the information for delivery is very important.  The use of our custom scorecard or decision program also ensures that decisions are consistent and fair allowing  managers and leasing staffs the ability to make good solid approvals.
